Parses incoming outage/ODI reports regardless of format — Excel, CSV, PDF tables. Detects 2G/3G/4G/5G sites, maps to your site database, computes ageing bands (<1hr / 1–4hr / >4hr), carries RFO forward when same outage continues, and resets when site was restored between reports.
Configurable for your operator: define your report email subject/sender, SFTP path, or upload folder. Define your site DB column mapping. Define your vendor email lists. The logic is universal — the config is yours.
